The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Right in the heart of the zocalo with places to eat and shop within walking distance. The coffee across the street at the Italian Coffee shop was delicious!!! The hotel is worth the price. I hope to return in the near future.

The hotel is located on the town square which is very quaint and pretty. Very walkable to restaurants. The hotel is extremely clean. Rooms are nicely decorated. There are no closets or drawers in the room for clothing.

Great property! Rooms were fantastic, well equipped, good beds and bedding and very quiet even when overlooking main square during day of the dead festivities. You can’t get a better location being in the main square surrounded by restaurants and bars. Staff were exceptional, great service, responsive and bi-lingual. Would not hesitate to recommend and would stay again

Loved the hotel. It was very nice and clean. Cost was high, but I believe it was worth it. They have good restaurants all around and convenience stores near by. Across the street from the Zocalo.

Terrible service they make the guest wait until they check the room make sure everything is there. Then the lady at the front desk told me in front all the people in the lobby that the face towel was missing and maybe by accident I put it on my luggage!!!! I told her that I left it in the shower, she sent someone to check then she apologized to me.. that’s ridiculous and embarrassing!!!! Then I left a very light mark on d towel because I die my hair (3 weeks ago) she charged me $50 USD for the towel!!! 😡😡 ( and they keep d towel) So ladies bring ur own towel to this place !!!

Beautiful Quality Hotel in the Heart of Town

Atlixco is a quaint Pueblo Magico with lots of floral charm. This hotel is beautiful and historically impressive in every way, right in the center of the main square, a few steps away from the central Zocalo, for perfect night walks to the Italian Coffee Company. Check-in was easy and fast, right after we were greeted by the courteous receptionist Gaby, Luis helped us with our luggage as he guided us to the elevator. The room was impecable!! Comfy king-sized bed, spacious room with two accent chairs, small balcony looking out onto the side of the hotel with, AC, tv, fully-stocked mini fridge, cozy robes, and complimentary slippers. The only two cons were that a brighter light was needed in the vanity area, and, yet another frosted glass door used for the WC; very inconvenient. The bathroom area was extra large, with the shower stall being as big as my entire home bathroom. Perfect water pressure for warm showers after walking all day around town. The entire hotel was impeccably decorated and lit. A roof-top terrace overlooked the Zocalo. At times it felt like we were the only ones there, and they opened the terrace just for us at sunset.

Amazing location, not so great hospitality

It's a great hotel. Awesome shower( the shower head needs to be cleaned so it doesn't spray everywhere). Very comfy bed. King bed should have more than 3 pillows, come on! Some pillows are old. Towels worn-out. They left half of roll of toilet paper and box of paper napkins with 3 napkins left in it. Kind of gross. It's not a cheap hotel! But the most dissapointed part is when you come down to check out and front desk lady asks us if we use anything from the little bar fridge. We said - no, we didn't even open it. Then she said we have to wait untill they go and check to see if we lying and maybe we stole something... It's like all good we had at that hotel was just taken from us. Eww... figure it out! You could of make something up, or check it while you see us going down in the slowest elevator in the world.
