"It started off great as they upgraded us to a bigger room. We paid through Expedia and we’re only supposed to pay a minimal amount at the property. The site also says breakfast included. At checkout, they wanted paid for two days of breakfast although we only ate once and they wanted full amount of stay even though we paid via Expedia. Language barrier we paid but am now disputing through credit card. Wouldn’t stay there again. The host (male) was super nice. The lady (host) was angry...

"Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb von Puch sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Der Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum einfach nur schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern gestaltet und wie auch das Bad sehr sauber. Die Autobahn ist zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe, jedoch haben wir diese nicht gehört. Auch bei offenen Fenster nachts fühlten wir uns nicht gestört. Auch ist sie von der Unterkunft nicht zu sehen. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ausreichend und für jeden dürfte etwas dabei sein. "When I arrived and got to my room, the temperature was like 40 degrees and the aircon didn't work. The room was on top and facing the sun all day, so I couldn't live there. All information goes through Whatsapp or phone, there is no reception you can go to. So i called and wrote them and the person wasn't very helpfull at first. "Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "
