"Building seems new so it was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking easy and plentiful."

"I really like this hotel always clean and great place, but this time I was not feeling well and asked for late check out. It was about 12:10pm and I had already had 2 staff knock at the door, and when I left the room at 12:15pm I had all 3 cleaning staff few doors down just staring at me, like I just set them behind hours, when all other rooms on the floor had there doors open and partially cleaned. Not a great felling when your already sick."

"I arrived around 11+ evening after I had booked a nonsmoking (I’m not sure why this question was requested to answer) when it’s a by-law No smoking in the province of Ontario . Anyway 1st room 205 walked in but it reeks of nicotine odour. So went to front desk and I was offered another room 207 and it reeks of chlorine/bleach like the bed covers and pillows were soaked and left to dry on the bed. They didn’t even bother to open the window to let the smell of bleach out.Now I’m really tired so...

"Receptionist were very accommodating and friendly. The room is very spacious and smells good. We are so satisfied, as there are two bathrooms inside. No long wait while somebody is using them. The best part is their breakfast, aside from the good food, the staff assigned at the breakfast room was very helpful and keeping the room organized and clean. EXCELLENT SERVICE!"
