"Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

"방이 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되어있어요.하룻밤 숙박이라 풀장을 이용하지는 않았지만 풀장도 깨끗하고요. 가격대비 만족했습니다. 여기 숙박 전에 키프리오티스빌리지에서 4박을 묵었는데 가격은 3/1도 안되는데 방 컨디션은3배 좋았어요. 주인 아주머니가 무뚝뚝해보이지만 매우 친절했어요. 위치가 좋지 않아 이동수단이 걱정되었지만 코스의 택시 드라이버가 여기를 모르는곳이 없더라고요. 새벽 12시 넘어 코스 공항에 도착해서 택시타고 가서 방에 들어가는데 전혀 문제 없이 매끄러웠어요. 이메일에 안내되어있는 대로 하면 끝!"

"The resort is very family oriented and geared towards family activities. The entire property was clean. I was on all inclusive package and the food was very good. I got to sample things I normally wouldn’t try. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children. "

Cibo buono e in abbondanza, essendo una persona che necessita di senza glutine sono riuscita a mangiare bene. Villaggio in prevalenza inglese e tedesco, non parlano italiano. "the resort offered extensive options of poolside areas with bar and snacks throughout the day. the entertainment for children also very good the animation team worked hard. the Greek night was enjoyable, and we felt very much on vacation. The different levels of apartments would need careful consideration if mobility is a concern. "The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, with prime views, and very comfortable. The bathroom is particularly spacious, which is quite rare in the Dodecanisos. The restaurant’s food is outstanding and with beautiful unencumbered views of the Egean sea and of Turkey on the background. The restaurant’s live music is sophisticated and romantic, but can disrupt early sleepers. "

"I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly.
