"Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake! That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. I did call the front desk and maintenance came right away. The sink was fixed. They could not fix the lighting as they did not have the parts. The main part of our suite had...

"I loved it! Room was clean and staff were extremely polite and helpful."

"Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location."

"I liked a lot of this stay, but the one thing that really bothered me was that my room had a door to the next room, which would allow folks with large groups be connected. "Great Marlin Moon Restaurant! Ate breakfast there all three days and it was comfortable, beautiful and great service! Food was delicous!!.Will return next trip!!"

"We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. Fan = noise permeating into the room so much we had to turn the...

"Loved everything about this stay from the room to the staff. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Will def be returning for our next visit"

"The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us."
