"Location is great.
Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean.
Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised.
Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."
"We loved this place. The cocktail bar was pumping when we arrived home from dinner. Staff were brilliant. The canal view room was stunning and the breakfast was phenomenal. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Amsterdam. Brilliant! "

"Hotel Mai checked all the boxes for me: great location near Amsterdam Centraal on the canal, large elevator, no steps too navigate, quiet street, great AC, comfy beds, black out drapes, excellent and substantial breakfast available, self serve happy hour drinks and snacks, no smoking, friendly & helpful staff.
My only complaint is the halls and rooms were very dark. The light system in the room was so hard to figure out we had to take the key out of its setting to get all the lights out at...
