"Stayed for 3 days with my family Very clean room and we love the breakfast"

"This hotel has a lot of positives, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The hotel is steps away from the central train station. A very busy area, however with windows closed our room was very quiet. Our main negative, we booked the Executive room with canal view. The description says it sleeps 4, however our room was very small with only 1 chair. I had to go down to guest services twice to get another chair sent up. The description on the website showed a loveseat. Our room was so small, there was no room for a loveseat hardly enough to walk around with the 2 chairs. Definitely the website and the room we booked did not match the room we were given. We were very dissapointed!! "

"The hotel conditions were terrible. It is old building, very crippy stairs not appropriate for elder people. No elevator, small and stinky rooms. The Hotels image is deceiving. I thought I was getting a room looking at the canal, Nothing to do with the image. On top of this it was very expensive hotel for a lousy hotel. "

"We stayed 4 nights, loved the location so central! Easy walk to the museums and restaurants! We had a premium room which was larger than expected. Breakfast buffet was okay but quite expensive. We would certainly stay there again."

"Great location very close to the train station, room was a fun setup for 4 people at the very top of the building and had a beautiful view of the area. Room and the lobby were all very clean and it was nice have an elevator that at least got us up to the 3rd floor lol"

"A relatively small frontage hides a large open reception, bar and garden area. Polite and friendly front of house. We had a classic room, which while small (as we knew when booking), managed to pack in a soft banquette area, fridge, table, safe and some nice lighting options. Complimentary tea, Nespresso and water. A large sliding screen in front of the window kept the room really dark at night. Our sink was open to the room, while the shower and WC had frosted glass doors. If you are shy, not brilliant, but you can switch up the lighting for privacy."

"Hotel with all the amenities you need in a central location. Large, modern well equipped room- very clean. Observation- due to its location ( walking distance from central train station Amsterdam)be prepared for a extremely busy area. If that’s what you are looking for- this is a great hotel."

"The wellness area was a great advantage to our stay. Location was very good as walkable from the train station and to the heart of the city. Lots of food options nearby. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, over priced and our dinner came out with 2 of the 3 items lukewarm to cold. Enjoyed our time in the bar. Staff was great beside the one waitress we had."
