"This is a fairly affordable motel. We have stayed there several times during the last eight years. This location has been very good for us. Parking is very good. The rooms on the second floor are larger with king-size beds. The rooms on the first floor are smaller with queen-size beds. There is no elevator. "Everyone there is so helpful and sweet. It was so convenient being able to do everything we needed. Breakfast was good and drinks were always fresh. I can't rave enough about all the staff! They're amazing! Would definitely stay again."

"Never stay at this property. Mold in rooms, had to kill bugs. Motel 6 next door is much nicer."

"Decent rate and adequate lodging. I'd stay there again except Clinton Iowa has a BO problem."

"Sad to say it was run down and in bad shape. Window broken, just taped.Holes in the wall.Crack in the bottom of the bathtub, didn't even want to take a bath or shower, also dirty. Carpet stained and there as a musty smell. The only time you got staff you had to dial 0 on the desk phone."

"There was a damp smell in the property. You can see recent painting on the property. The interior of the room (114) is spartan, and has a recent plank floor installation. There is a split bathroom, the toilet is small and low. The hard water makes the sink faucette hard to operate and every corner of the bath and sink area is dirty. There are no shear window curtains so the customers at the Aldi's store next door are looking into your room."
