"Excellent all-inclusive stay for our honeymoon. Staff and service were amazing. We used the beach everyday and beach had amazing service. Food was excellent and i recommend making reservations for the different restaurants as they book up fast. We liked the asian and greek restaurants the best. Just note, this hotel is a bit far from the port of rhodes. Overall, great honeymoon and would easily stay here again."

"The best parts of this hotel is the great selection of breakfast, infinity pool with a gorgeous view and the comfy sun loungers and beds in the rooms. Cons: The direct beach access isn’t a nice beach or worthwhile visiting. The bar of an evening could be better service with better entertainment for a better atmosphere. Same with around the pool it would be great if there was an outdoor bar/ more people around serving for drinks/food. You have to get a taxi to Lindos Town which costs 12 euros...

The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality. "Terrible customer service immediately from check in from their incompetent staff. Buffet food is mediocre at best. Facilities are old and outdated. The process of getting beach towels is hilariously stupid instead of just providing it for you in your room or at a convenient location by the pool or the beach. Never coming back here and would recommend anyone that wants a decent vacation to absolutely stay away."
