"The rooms were upstairs from a skeavy pub. The pub was situated directly on a busy road. The room was hot and stuffy (no fan provided) so the window had to stay open. The traffic seemed to be roaring through my room. I had to beg for help carrying my bags up the stairs. English breakfast was offered but only with fried eggs (I can't digest fried food.). Coffee (no tea) was offered. I can't drink coffee. One of the worst places I stayed in the UK (& not cheap.)"

"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."

We upgraded to see your room which was very pleasant but my only criticism was I would like a full length mirror as I was going out and needed to be dressed properly and to check myself over there. "Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee"
