"Very nice hotel where there’re supermarkets and good restaurants within only few minutes walk. The charity shop next to the hotel is a must go! My daughter also love the water duct which is only 5 minutes walk from hotel. We had comfortable stay."

Great hotel in a central location but away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown tourist area of Lisboa. Nearby metro stations, or a nice 20 minute stroll, take you into the heart of Lisboa’s old town area. Whilst Mama has a colourful and hip vibe (enjoy the rooftop and restaurant) the room had a peaceful, quietness after a busy days exploring the city and beyond.
Useful things to note… there’s a supermarket nearby, the room comes with a safe and a fridge, 24/7 reception and it’s a 15...

My friends and I had a lovely stay at BessaHotel. The facilities were great, the room was clean, spacious and modern and the location was perfect. The staff were also so friendly and kind. I would definitely come back!

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Attentive, knowledgeable Reception staff - nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a One Bedroom Suite within the Convent area of the hotel. Beautifully appointed room - spacious, stylish & practical. Stunning hotel grounds & pool area. Amazing how the new and old parts of the hotel have been designed to complement one another.
Both restaurants in the hotel were fantastic- we ate in both & had breakfast - would highly recommend...

Decent hotel, well located - a 12-min walk from Rossio Square, just off the main Avenida de la Liberdade and not far from Marques de Pombal tube and the park just behind it. Not super luxurious, but it had everything we needed, was clean and convenient, with a decent (if not amazing) breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a good base to explore Lisbon, with plenty to do / places to eat nearby. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Every member of staff greeted us warmly and took the time to address any questions or concerns we had. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed and added to our overall experience of Lisbon.
As it was our first visit to the city, the location couldn’t have been better. It’s within easy walking distance of Rossio Square and the Arco da Rua Augusta, making it...

The Aerobus dropped us less than 50 yards from the hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful and spoke excellent English. We were upgraded to a large, accessible, air conditioned room which, although overlooking the busy Rossio Square, was quiet with hardly any traffic noise. The hotel is fairly new and the decor contemporary and fresh. Our only tiny criticism was that the wet room had no rake on the floor and the shower flooded very easily!

The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I was allocated a good size double room on the 9th floor overlooking the castle. The room has basic amenities, but it was perfect for a short city break. Housekeeping were making the bed and took out the rubbish every day, which was amazing as the room was kept clean for the duration of my stay.

Well located right in the centre of Lisbon near to many of the local shops and restaurants. Made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were treated to an early check in, which was a lovely surprise. The team also gave us some port, wine and pastel de nata as an additional gift.

This hotel is, to provide a quick summary, excellent. Whilst it was fairly fresh on our visit, the refurbishment has been spectacular. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are something to be hold - nothing has been skimped on here.
The room was large and excellently furnished. A waterfall shower in the spacious bathroom with bed in the comfortable bedroom. Open the shutters in the morning and open the window to take in the lovely Juliette Balcony.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice and cozy place in the centre of Lisbon. We just stayed for one night and we really love it as it is very close to most of tourists attraction. Its shame that we didnt stay for long. Overall it was lovely and happy experienced. Highly recommended!
