We had a really nice stay at numa Even though there is no counter staff because the property is virtual we found contacting someone very easy and we always had any concerns addressed quickly.the property is centrally located and easy to navigate around lisbon.we would highly recommend this as a great place to stay

It was what I expected. Central, easy to get to. Easy to check in. Nicely decorated rooms and was nice to have access to a patio. The coffee machine with cream and sugar was great in the morning along with the welcome waters! Thank you for the great stay in Lisbon. Only complaint is the main front door never locked so anyone could access the building.

We had a great 3-night stay at Numa Rato. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and the self check-in was easy. The location is perfect if you want to avoid the busiest tourist areas while still being close to many of Lisbon’s main attractions. One tip for future guests: be aware of scam messages from people pretending to be Numa staff asking for money or banking information. Only communicate through Numa’s official channels. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean. Nice location around 15-20 mins from centre by foot and useful for heading to sights in the north or south of the city. Close to a metro with a great supermarket below. Handy having room in basement to pick up towels and do laundry. We had a studio room and found the sofa bed rather creaky and not v comfortable but apart from that all great!

A wonderful place in a great location. Supermarkets, restaurants, metro and other transport links just steps away. The room itself was so modern and clean and it was great how there was an ‘essentials cupboard’ to top up on items we needed such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin bags, etc. I would definitely recommend, especially for families, and I’ll be checking out other Numa properties for other upcoming Europe trips!

This is an excellent hotel in a convenient location for train tram and bus links from Rayo. The property is large has a fully automated reception and good laundry facilities. The studios are modern clean and well equipped with a large garden area to the rear. Beds are comfortable. Our only issue was the description of the medium we booked compared to standard room. To myself the fittings in our room matched the standard room photos and the fire flippant seem to indicate we were given one of the smaller rooms.

Rato is a nice area to be. At the outset it looks not very touristy but there are many delicious eateries around (Alba, Nadi!, etc) and there is a Continente and Pingo Doce round the corner. It’s pretty close to Marques do Pombal, and there’s a Rato metro stop as well. The hotel it was nice. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable. Like others, I am not so sure about not having a concierge. For example, I was having issues with my room getting cleaned every day and couldn’t work this out easily over WhatsApp; it took two days for us to figure out I was missing the DND/Clean Room sign. Then, there was a fire alarm in the elevator. I thought someone was caught in it and texted the hotel, but was then told it was a fire alarm and to evacuate. Perhaps we don’t need 24/7 concierge but maybe during prime time hours, would be nice. The room was mostly clean but there were marks on the door and door frame I wiped off that was a bit yuck. Funny because they were telling me forfeiting the weekly clean (if staying for more than 7 nights) would be a $150 charge. I used the gym access for Holmes Place at two different locations; no issues.

Brilliant value, nicely kitted out studio apparent with everything we needed for our long weekend in Lisbon. Convenient location. Straightforward, virtual check-in and convenient, keyless entry. I never once spoke to anyone in person (didn't need to) but there was a virtual reception telephone point should I have needed to. Had dome difficulty locating the laundry room and supply cupboard, which is well hidden away in the basement, but I managed eventually, and it had a great stock of free supplies (toilet roll, kitchen towel, laundry detergents, coffee machine pods, etc.). There were some free drinks waiting in the fridge and a box with a couple of pastries waiting for us when we arrived. We stayed as a family of 4. The main bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed that the kids were on was a bit creaky. Excellent value overall and I'd definitely go back again.

Loved my stay at Numa Rato Lisbon. Great location with two metro stops in walking distance, multi pubs lines and trams nearby. A very convenient supermarket next door. The room was modern, clean. The free treats in the room were much welcome bonus. The online check-in worked well, not having a reception desk was actually fine. There is a 24/7 WhatsApp if yo up need any help. The basement essentials closet with complimentary luggage lockers was fab.
