The conceirge saw us before we saw the entrance and helped us with free parking and made us feel very welcome. He also gave us a map with a brief over view of what to do on the island. The room was clean and bed very comfy and super sized. The hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast for us was included and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh with lots of offer. The beach and town center were so close we popped in and out all the time. I would highly recommend.

What a fantastic hotel. Situated in the heart of the city making it easy to navigate. Pedro and his staff cannot be more helpful, always with a smile and genuinely interested in making sure you get the most from your stay. The breakfast was wonderful, I cannot tell you much about the selection as on the 1st morning I had the Eggs Benedict, then the second day etc etc, that's how good they were. Fabulous hotel - almost Belmond but not quite. Rooms are excellent (must comfortable beds with down pillows). Breakfast is superb. Pool service a bit sporadic but overall the staff were wonderful.

This boutique hotel was such an amazing find! The best, most helpful staff and in a really great location for exploring the old part of Lisbon. We didn't much mind the rainy day we had as we got to spend more time in our room! It isn't often we find a hotel we really want to revisit but this is one, and have recommended it to our friends and family!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel well placed on Porto for sightseeing . We had a suite which was fantastic . The staff are superb so friendly helpful and very enthusiastic . The breakfast was very good with excellent service . Would most definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel, with a great breakfast, nicely appointed rooms and lovely communal areas.

The staff were awesome, they can’t do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located outside of downtown Lisbon and the hotel put on a complimentary shuttle bus, which saves a bus, metro or taxi fare. The hotel is very close by a metro station though.

Beautiful hotel centrally placed for Funchal. Excellant facilities and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The week was an absolute joy.
