Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
Painting on hall wall banged all night in wind every night. Stoppedd cleaning room after day3 on our 7 night stay. Had to beg for toilet paper on day 4. Furniture was cheap and old thermastat did not work properly. More like a cheap motel than a Hilton property.

The bathroom was super dirty - only the middle part of the sink was cleaned, look at the top edges of the sink it’s full of gunk that could be easily cleaned. Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort
We stayed 3 night out of 4, and rooms service just “cleaned” our room one time only. But didnt clean the sink of the bathroom or clean the bathroom’s floor. Food, was ok.. nothing special.
