"The hotel lodge was n beautiful. Lodge room was old and outdated. Restaurant food was not great but you are held hostage up on the mountain. Food at the salt pond was dreadful. It was a fun experience but a one and done. Staff is friendly but communication is not good. After 2 nights finally realized maid service was only on request. Never communicated. It was a memorable trip because of Dirty Dancing but will probably not return."

"The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I enjoyed using the fitness room; it was perfect for my needs. The management was very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfasts were wonderful. The only downside to my stay was that I was told that the room would be serviced every 3 days. Since I was there for 6 nights, I expected my room to be refreshed at least once during my stay. It never was. Since my 3rd day was July 4th, I just assumed that it was missed due to the holiday. But it wasn't refreshed the next day either. By that time, I only had one day left so I didn't bother to ask. A disappointing end to an otherwise lovely stay."
