"I payed for a king bed and when I arrived at the property late with a baby our room had a 2 double beds. When we complain the resort told us they all booked and that its not their responsibility for the beds and that expedia is responsible. When i talked with an expedia agent on premises he told me he cannot do anything so we asked for an upgrade or some additional amenities.. he said he would get back to me and never did. Also, one night at dinner my husband was eating shrimp and a mussels shell pierced through his gum. He was bleeding and all the staff kept saying : “its just mussel shell”. Dismissing the severity of the injury. In a whole i was really not impressed with my stay and the way things were handled. I would like some kind of compensation for all of this or refund. "

"Staff was not friendly. Terrible and slow service. Hot tub didn’t work. Butler was mean. Workers hitting on young girls constantly. Drinks were genuinely disgusting and 3/4 full of liquor to where it was undrinkable. Got a drink at the pool bar and watched the entire staff congregate by the blender while they were making our drinks and watched the bartender take a spoon and dig something out of the blender, and proceeded to give us the drinks with PLASTIC IN THEM???? Genuinely just bad. I do not recommend this resort! "

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff was attentive, and the customer service was top-tier. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier, the staff still did a great job communicating and making guests feel welcomed. There were a lot of food options to choose from, and the drinks were well balanced. The buffet food was okay, but I found the restaurants to be much better and would recommend making reservations there when possible. The resort has trolleys that drive around every 5–10 minutes, which is convenient. However, they can sometimes fill up quickly. I personally found it easier to walk to most places rather than wait for the trolley. One thing to expect is a delay during check-in. Because so many people arrive at once, the line can take around 30 minutes or more. The staff does move as quickly as they can, but it’s something to be prepared for. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room when I first arrived. However, when I reported it, housekeeping addressed the issue immediately, which I appreciated. I would also recommend bringing U.S. dollars, as they tend to have more value and are easier to use than pesos in many situations. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. I would return to the resort area again, though I might try a different resort next time."

"I would not recommend staying here. All older people and they kept staring at us. I’m 35 and my wife is 32 definitely not my cup of tea. No top shelf alcohol even for a up charge. Toilet was not functioning properly. No face towels we had to wash up with bath mats unfortunately. Televison was outdated and blurry batteries stopped working. Terrible view my balcony was facing a mansion or someone’s home with a gate. Food was good one of the only good things I could say "
