"المواقف قليلة ومزدحمة"

"Excellent service. Neat and clean rooms."

"My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah."

"Everything and everyone was amazing"

"The photos are fake and the price is very high its just a 1 star hotel."

"Staffs were super nice. Also, rooms are very clean."

The front desk staff were rude, unfriendly, and carried an attitude that made interactions uncomfortable. It almost feels like the location of the hotel contributes to this behavior; being close to a high‑traffic area, they seem confident guests will stay regardless of how they treat...

"Hotel was great for Ramadan as it was near an amazing restaurant, very clean and fresh. Only downfall was they were building near by as in most places and there was alot of noises otherwise would if gave 5 star, there also isn't a reception area. "

"I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the hotel staff never came to offer wash rags or towels. I didn’t have any toilet tissue in the hotel, and it’s so many things wrong with the hotel. This hotel needs to be updated. They have exposed wires which isn’t kid friendly at all. Paint chipping from walls and wet paint and bubbling paint from water damage. The trash cans are absolutely disgusting inside the bedroom. The refrigerator needed to be clean as well. No one offering to come clean the...

"I don't recommend it at all, they bring third bed to the room when we use it, The bed flipped upside down and my brother fell."
