"They graciously accommodated by dog and we were able to stay in the barn. Super spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, made to order :) The staff were awesome!! I had a small medical emergency, and they were extremely supportive. Above and beyond :) Definitely coming again and bringing my family. "

"I was very happy with my stay at Upper Delaware . I only picked amenities as a 4 because they have no hot tub.( not expected but had to wish 4 one after rowing into wind all day) . Seriously, they have a nice coffee bar& laundy. All I would want plus nice staff and clean new updated rooms . "

"The manager was incredibly accommodating and was available immediatly with just a text messsage. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Hot water immedialy and great water pressure in the shower. My wife and i had a failed rented house experience and came here looking to salavage our weekend, and thats exactly what we were able to do"

"We had a nice two night stay. The property, overlooking the lake, is beautiful. Charming reception area and dining room/ restaurant. The employees were pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. Taking away a star because both nights we had someone traipsing up and down all night in the room above ours. The floors are extremely creaky (understandable given the age of the building) so this meant we were disturbed all night. The reception is not manned at night and we didn't want to call the managerI guess if we went back we could request a top floor room but you can hear people walking around in the hallway outside as well. There was also a large stain on the carpet and sofa that really should be cleaned or otherwise dealt with. Overall a good stay though. "
