We have stayed at many hotels in Charlotte for many soccer tournaments over the years. Hands down, these were the most comfortable beds and quiet rooms especially when you know there are a bunch of soccer players staying with you. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Too bad our player is off to college to play - we would definitely stay again.

Areas of the room did not appear to have been cleaned, large bug was also found in the room. We ended up having to switch hotels after the first night there which we were grateful to the front desk staff for facilitating for us.

One of the experiences I loved was the customer service. The Manager Ms. Lequisha is a great multi tasker. She was handling technical issues, adhering to staff concerns and then I arrive with a dilemma. My flight from DC arrived in the early morning hours. And I was hoping that a room would be available before the 3pm check in. No rooms were ready but she did offer me water and for me to have a seat in the lounge area along with my luggage because my cab driver was leaving. Needless to say that once the technical issues were resolved. And the staff concerns addressed. Ms Lequisha found a room available before 3pm. I was able to check in early. What a life saver. She is awesome. Ms. Lequisha and her staff made my stay most pleasurable. Thank you

Cleanliness was well below average. There was still water in the ice bucket from the previous guest, hair on the couch, ants in the bathroom and a gnat flying around the room. Housekeeping did a poor job. This is not the first time I have stayed here, we travel often for my son’s sports, however, this was the worse experience due to the condition of the room. The staff was friendly. The house keeping “exec” offered 5000 points as compensation.

Original room had blood on covers toilet was dirty . Ended up with different room some alarm thing was going off the entire stay. Doors was slammed almost 4 in the morning. Noise level is high wouldn’t book again .
