"An excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was also excellent. There was entertainment in the bar every evening. My room was very good with a nice, comfortable bed."
"Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Tower.
We booked just a basic room , but it had everything we needed, a clean shower room a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe.Some areas could do with an update but overall a nice hotel and.the staff were.very nice and friendly.I would book to stay here again."

"The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham.
We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere.
The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills.
Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus.

"A great wee hidden gem. Cheap and convenient. Close to everything. Very friendly folk working there. Basic room but a double bed for a single traveller. Comfortable and really good value. I'll look it up again when I'm back."
