"Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. "location is close to center. but no parking place available. it was difficult to find parking place and needs to put money several times to parking lot which was 5 min walk. if you are lucky , maybe can find a place in the street in front of the hotel. room was very nice and clean. but the common area had no drinking water and the coffee mashine wa not cleaned and the filter with old coffee was allover molded. bring your flashlight if you want to go back at night as the light at the gate has a...
