"I loved Tallinn so much and staying at this hotel was a great choice. Location was perfect for walking around old town. The whole staff was great, especially Yulia who works mornings at the breakfast/cafe. "

"Beautiful, panoramic views, I can see the Baltic Sea and cruise ship from my room #912. Although we didn’t have a chance to try out the indoor swimming pool/sauna ….fitness Ctr. But, we love this hotel, comfortable beds, spacious, I will give it an 5 stars, and your money is well-spent. Awesome hotel with world class customer service + casino connected to hotel is a plus. "

Breakfast was impressive, personnel very helpful. Only minus point was the personnel in the bar of the 30th floor , does not correspond to a 5 star hotel, arrogant, not friendly personnel, present you with a questionable bill at the end and by questions become rude and show unprofessional behaviour. "We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. The hotel owners support Ukraine,at the beginning of the war in Ukraine they gave shelter to thousands of Ukrainians. Thank you for that. I...

"We enjoyed the location, the breakfast, the view from the upper floor and the overall value. Good quality sheets and comfortable bed. No real downside except no English on TV except news. Good beer on tap for happy hour, nice staff (Roosi especially)."
