"Staff was friendly, great ocean view. Windows do not block any sound, so very noisy, any noise from the street or beach is heard in the room. When flushing the toilet, it sprays up all over the seat, disgusting. Bathroom could use updating. "

On Dec. 7 had American Express book me another hotel" IBIS Budget Hotel" I was ripped off. I thought you guys only dealt with reputable hotels. I even tried to find a number to call none was available."
