"After being bumped due to our flight being oversold, I needed to find a hotel nearby to VIX airport. Expedia listed this as 4 miles away and 8.6 out of 10 based on reviews. The hotel was actually 11 miles away and was a motel 6 in a very bad area. Panhandlers, drunks nearby under the overpass. The worst part was the noise at nighttime from the street. The room offered poor sound insulation. We only stayed for one night, then checked out. Expedia rating system let me down on this one."

"The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. After the first day when my air-conditioning was a little fickle, the management and hotel staff were super responsive and moved me into another room while I figured out what was happening with the air-conditioning. The pool and gym were great additions. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety."

"One of the best hotel options in Vitoria. High quality service as you’d expect from the Sheraton brand, clean and comfortable rooms with great views sea views. Gym and roof top pool area are great (albeit the pool area is fairly compact and can get busy at peak times). Location also very good for everything you need in Vitoria"
