"I can't say enough good things about Patricia the host. She was warm, friendly, communicative, and very helpful. The Pousada was also very quaint, the breakfast was cooked to order and extremely plentiful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable."

"My partner and I loved staying in this hotel! We felt very welcome when we first arrived with the staff being friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated and feels cosy. The afternoon tea (coffee/tea and a home made cake) was lovely. The breakfast was delicious too! The location is spot on, a short walk to the beach and a short walk into old town. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"If you are looking for a place in the city where all the action is happening and close to restaurants and shops this is your place. It is in the middle of all the action yet you will never know it. The hotel is quite, clean and well maintained. The 2 swimming pools are heated the hot tubs are clean and feel great. We where lucky to find this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandi Staff for making our stay so great."

"The staff was very attentive and courteous. The property is very well maintained and the vegetation is magnificent. There is a huge focus on environmental conservation. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town within walking minutes of all the restaurants, boutiques, the port and other places of interest. During our stay the restaurant was closed for renovation and some other repair activities was ongoing. The noise was at time bothersome."

"most things in the hotel where perfect, room, cleanliness, environment etc. my biggest problem was noise in the morning specially in the rooms facing back, they need to isolate better those windows because they let a lot of noise pass. wifi was also an issue without proper connection. finally shower would fluctuate constantly temperature with is annoying. other than that amazing experience. "
