"We have stayed in Baia before and the complex is excellent. Sadly this apartment was not serviced by the complex and was a private rental via DreamAlgarve. We were not impressed with this company. Firstly the key pick up was a hassle. You have to collect the key from their office in Lagos at 4pm. There was a queue out the door with all the people waiting to pick up keys for DreamAlgarvea various properties We were only given one Keycard and for an active family of 4 this was no use. Echos into the Freedom room a lot. Weird smell in the bathroom. I’m not sure if it’s the water smell or issues. Bed was good. Root was good size. Staff that I interacted with were very nice.
