It's a "pet friendly" hotel, so annoying dogs were present, but overall it was a nice, quiet stay and I got the sleep I needed to explore the area, which was my ultimate mission. I will definitely stay here again, if needed."

"The Lodge has retained its charm from the 20’s as a true getaway for an outdoor experience. You can imagine Clark Gable staying there feet up in front of the stone fireplace. The cabins by the river have the same feel. The staff make you welcome and that they are glad you are there. "
