"This place is great. Good location with easy access to food and shopping. For the last 4 years, we have stayed at this place when we come to town. It's always clean, great staff and great service. When you compare hotel prices this is the best deal."

"The staff was friendly and helpful..some of the guests did not observe the quite time rule.The pool was not working, and other guests had dogs but refused to clean up after them so you had to watch where you stepped. The building and rooms have seen better days, but overall not a bad experience "

"Great breakfast! This is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The pool was drained, the elevator was so touchy that it was not usable half the time and the beds were HORRIBLE. Yes bedsss. I tried 3 beds. I tried taking 2 comforters and folding them in half to soften the bed a bit but that really didn't help. The pillows literally smashed down to nothing instantly. I love holiday inn but there's no way I'm doing 4 days like that ever again"

"The property was not the cleanest, there was black mold on the bathroom walls and seeped into the living areas. How the health department hasn't shut this place down is anyone's guess."

"Addie at the front desk was amazing!! We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊"

"Excellent stay, the hotel looks pretty nice and new. The staff is welcoming and nice. The rooms were amazing and cleaned. The only thing I have to say is that the housekeeping staff saw us leaving our room but she did not service our room in our 2 nights 3 days stay. I was looking forward for new towels but housekeeping didn’t stop by. Other than that everything was really good"

" Shower had a puddle of water that didn't look clean and was in need of repair. Floors were dirty. Only had one washcloth and one hand towel for two guests. No tissues and limited toilet paper. Except for a pillowcase with stains the bed linens were clean and the beds very comfortable. Nice TV. Check-in staff was kind and friendly."
