I was concerned with the rating, but honestly other than the hotel needing some updating in terms of decor and overall aesthetics. It was actually super clean and I would definitely stay there again. Also, the staff was wonderful. Don’t let the “good“ rating scare you. Also the “Roundabout Diner” restaurant next-door for breakfast was delicious 😊
I generally get nervous getting hotels that are 3 star but with the rising costs I took a chance and Im glad I did. It was hospitable it was welcoming and it was really nice. The beds were super comfortable and it had the best diner Ive ever had at a hotel. And 6 minutes down the road from downtown where the night life was fantastic.
Loved how much room the 2 bedroom suite had. However the shower had not been cleaned. There was very much hair all over it. It was great to have the diner attached to the building. This was very convenient.
My stay was good ! I will say that once it got dark out it was hard to navigate back to door D . It was down pouring and the parking lot was full from the diner .. but I almost went over a parking medium that had a dead bush / trunk that I would have gotten my car hung up on . It was slightly confusing of the flow of traffic . Pool was decent but a bit cold for an indoor pool … was a bit sad the hot tub was taken out and filled with cement
Nice spacious room. INCREDIBLY LONG WALK from elevators! We are in our late 70's and had luggage. Forced us to stay in. Good coffee in lobby, thank you.
This hotel has gone through multiple addition for decades(I think). The front side of building on the photo is the newest and nicest one.
L-shape middle portion seemed to be different addition but ok. Unfortunately my room was the original building all the back which didn’t have an enclosed hallway. Once door was open, it was outside. $350 per night was overpriced for the room.
Staff was nice and house keeping was ok but amenity was old.
The staff were very accommodating. Helped us when we needed them. However, there was a sign on the indoor pool saying it was closed, and when we asked why, they gave us no reason, just informed us that there was an outdoor pool as well.
Excellent stop - as a solo, senior, female felt very safe. Was especially happy to have a diner as part of the complex and enjoyed an excellent dinner.
As always my stay at the Best Western was amazing. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, the staff was amazing, and the attached diner has the best food I’ve ever tasted. Looking forward to my next stay.
This was a very nice hotel. The lobby and common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. There was some hair in the tub, which I didn't like, but other than that, our room was very clean.
