Noise in room at front of the inn

They put me in a room at the front of the inn. But it makes a lot of noise there. Noise coming from the street. I asked to change to a room further back and, as it was available, they made the change.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência. Começamos com o Wi-Fi, que não pega nos quartos, fizeram um esquema de roteador nos quartos, porém a conexão não existia em nenhum deles, então ficamos sem isso. Encontramos um pequeno bicho no banheiro que não preciso dizer o nome, mas já sabem que é nojento. As toalhas apesar de brancas estavam cheias de cabelos grudados o que causou muito desconforto. A televisão não funcionava com streamings por conta da internet e ao tentarmos conectar algum canal vimos que o controle estava pessimo, duas horas pra funcionar um botão. A cama era boa, mas no geral estrutura é antiga. Não fiquei pro café da manhã, fui embora antes. Primeira avaliação negativa que eu faço nesse site, realmente dessa vez não deu!

Não tivemos sorte, o hotel estava cheio e não pegamos um quarto em boas condições, chuveiro com problema de temperatura, cama box com colchão ruim e vazamento de agua no ar-condicionado. Um quarto desse deve ser interditado para reformas.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização perto de tudo, mas vou pontuar alguns pontos negativos. Nos colocaram em uma parte do hotel que era muito umida e estava passando por reforma então não dava para descansar até mais tarde. Acho que eles usam produtos no travesseiro porque o cheiro estava insuportável não conseguimos usá-los.E um cheiro muito estranho no quarto. No primeiro dia que chegamos so recebemos a chave do quarto ninguém nos acompanhou até o quarto, ficamos parecendo baratas tontas para achar nossa acomodação. Já havia ficado hospedada em 2021 e era bem diferente, os funcionários eram solícitos o café da manhã tinha mais opções, tinha como pedir tapioca entre outros. Não gostei muito do ambiente de agora, talvez não queira me hospedar lá da próxima vez.
