"La prima cosa che ci è stata chiesta (oltre i 150€ di caparra) sono 116€ in aggiunta alla spesa dell’alloggio, divisi in: 50€ pulizia finale (che se puliscono come era pulita la nostra casa...) e 66€ di forfait di servizi (ancora non capisco quali siano). Il tutto su una ricevuta che ho i miei dubbi che sia stata registrata. A noi è stato dato un monolocale che si presenta senza letto ma solo con un divano letto molto scomodo. Nella casa non sono presenti: Sacchi per spazzatura, carta igienica...
