Lovely hotel

We were given an upgrade to the suite, which was great, of course. The hotel is lovely, aretreat in a quiet area and yet within walking distance to Porto center. Breakfast was good. Outside swimming pool a nice cooling down after a warm day.

Pleasant stay but lacks a lot of basics

As other guests have quoted, the hotel has potential but owner are missing some key points. Property is very pretty and a good location despite seemingly isolated. We booked after a two week trek, wanting to splurge on comfort and pools on our last days. Outdoor pool is freezing. Indoor pool, feels odd that hotel wants you to pay extra to use. Small things that you don’t really notice unless they are lacking; no toiletries, not even lotion, no face cloths, no spoon or stir stick for coffee, TV not working, etc. Restaurant is good, olives are notable. All in all a pleasant stay but hotel should pay more attention to detail and stop cutting costs of small things if they want 4 star rating.

Hotel ust OK. Bett ist sehr gut. Leider hat es im Zimmer 227 nur difuses Licht. Man kann sich ohne Taschenlampe nicht schminken. Ohne Ereader ist lesen schwierig da keine Leselampe oder Nachttischlampe. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zimmer wurde am 1. Tag nicht gerreinigt. Ev. Personalmangel. Frühstück ist gut. Wir haben 2 Massagen zur gleichen Zeit gebucht und ist nur eine gekommen die nur spanisch sprechen konnte. Massage war O .K. würde micht mehr nehmen

Séjour mitigé

Cadre magnifique, Piscine, bar, petit déjeuner aux top. Domage pour le bruit de la route assez important. Climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans cette chambre. Et le plus grand regret est le restaurant ( sublime) mais digne d'une petite cafétéria. Il est tellement dommage d'avoir ce cadre avec une si petite proposition au niveau alimentation.

Hotel à l'écart de Porto mais compter 20min à pied Sinon départ toutes les heures par petit train vers le centre de Porto, c'est parfait. Chambre un peu sombre et très peu de rangement si on doit rester plusieurs nuits

Hôtel pour les très minces.

Le personnel est sympathique et l'hôtel est propre. La chambre est petite et on circule difficilement autours du lit mais ce n'est rien en comparaison avec la salle d'eau. Même une salle d'eau d'une chambre étudiante est plus grande. La douche est petite, et l'espace pour le WC est indigne d'un hôtel. Aucun espace entre le WC et le meuble de salle de bain et à peine 10cm de l'autre côté. Ce n'est pas normal.

Séjour juste convenable par rapport au prix demandé, chambre très bruyante, passage d'une route à grand trafic à proximité. Equipement de la chambre assez minimaliste. J'ai dû réclamer pour que la chambre soit faite. Fin de journée, chambre toujours pas nettoyé. Restauration, je m'y suis risqué que le premier soir, cela ressemblait plus à un repas de cantine qu'autre chose.
