Prefect location along with friendly staff.
We had a very nice two story suite, clean and with kitchenette. Entrances from two different streets make it convenient. There even were live musical performances on Saturday and Sunday.
We had a very good stay there!
The room was perfect for 3 persons! I had one big room and my two friends stayed at the living room, and they had 2 separate beds! Nice kitchen! We should have stayed longer! And very friendly staff!
You step out the front door of the hotel and you're right in the action. The location is unreal and the staff were helpful with everything.
Rooms were clean and up to date
Highly recommend staying here.
10 minute walk uphill to the metro, easy mode.
Property was very unique for a downtown hotel, with a garden area and 3 different buildings. Service was excellent and the location was very convenient. Our only issue was the bed was very firm, but we recognize that some people prefer that. I would highly recommend this hotel for the value.
Never have I been to a hotel that so perfectly captures everything you want in a city break. Oca Vitória Village has it all.
The location, to start with, is second to none. Right in the heart of Ribiero on the famous Rua das Flores shopping street, in an absolutely perfect walking distance from all the things a tourist comes to see in Porto. Even if you’re going further afield, the famously beautiful São Bento railway station is a stone’s throw away, with metro services across the city, trains to Guimaraes, Braga, and Porto Campanha, where you can take the express to Lisboa. The river and the famous Sé are also just a pleasant walk through beautiful lanes away.
The service was also exceptional. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who were always polite, and made sure any request, however small, was tented to with a smile. Service at the reception was particularly fabulous, always so kind.
We had a suit with a kitchenette, it was a well layed out and nice suite. Very clean. My only thing was we booked a "Queen bed" turns out it's just 2 twins pushed together with twin bedding as well. And the bed was extremely firm. I would suggest they update the listing to reflect what the bed is and get some better mattress for the guests.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The check-in was at a completely different address and we dragged our suitcases uphill for nothing and had to drag them back downhill to another address. This information could have been and should have been communicated in advance.

Suitable for large groups only
It is fantastically located if you're looking to be in the old city center, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.
However, the directions they provided to arrive at the hotel and park were just not good. They recommended an specific parking that is close to the hotel but they did not disclose that the metro roadworks would make it very difficult to arrive to that parking, that it was more expensive than alternatives and that street parking in Victoria street is absolutely possible, which made me throw away 60 euros in parking fees when I could have parked 10m away from the hotel.
The hotel is 2 hotels in one, so the entrance was extremely unclear as well, with no indication whatsoever. Seems that they struggle with communication before arriving.
The gardens are very nice and relaxing in the middle of Porto, which was a really nice touch, but the pool was closed without notice beforehand.
The room was clean and spacious but unfortunately the furniture was cheap and run down. Not at all what I was expecting. The bed was extremely hard as well, didn't feel nice at all.
Finally, I booked a suite, which for them seems to mean "large room", the room I was placed in was definitely not a suite by any standards.
