"staff was amazing, we showed up earlier than our check in time to see if we could do a luggage drop and head off for the day, staff allowed us to check in early as they had the room all ready to go, room was clean as well as the bathroom, minor scuffs on the walls but nothing crazy. they have a 24 hour coffee machine (Keurig) with multiple options. def would book again!"

"It was a dispiriting stay, I wasn’t expecting much, it was close to the airport and I had an a long journey so I was hoping it would be a convenient place to stay. Really annoyingly as I had paid in advance I was told I hadn’t. I had to stand my ground and show them my receipt from hotels.com. I wonder how many people might have presumed that it was pay at the property The room was drab with no toiletries in the bathroom and the shower not over clean. I was late and it took ages to get my WIFI...

"We had an incredible last night in Portugal at the Avenue Hill. Close to the airport, with an amazing outdoor pool to relax beside before our 6am international flight. Air conditioning was an added bonus!"

"Not good location. Couldn’t arrange free shuttle from airport to hotel and bus is very inconvenient. No one at airport could help because they kept wondering if there really was a hotel at that address. Took a taxi and they charged me ridiculous fee to go such a short way. Limited public transportation."

"Two major things stood out during my stay: how absolutely amazing it smelled throughout the entire property and how sweet and amiable the staff is. Everything was in working order— I didn’t any issues at all during my stay. The breakfast is good, although I do wish there were a few more options or more variety. The only thing to note is there is an elementary school directly behind the hotel pool and so you may hear a bit of ruckus during the weekdays if you’re out there in the afternoon but...
