O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. Recepcionista acredito que seja espanhola muito atenciosa e simpática diferente da gerente que é mau humorada e mau educada. Acredito que este cargo não seja o ideal para ela. Acomodação e chuveiro bons . Café da manhã é bom mas não tem pão fresquinho do dia. No mais tudo ok.
