Goteira e luz em cima da cama

Quarto estava empoeirado com uma luz do dispositivo de fumante em cima da cama e uma goteira que pingava o tempo todo no ar condicionado fazendo barulho no quarto principalmente de madrugada. Os funcionários são bons e me atenderam dentro das condições. Instalação antiga. Hotel próximo a ponto de prostituição.

Hotel horrível

Lugar extremamente sujo, banheiro todo sujo de urina na privada, que ali estava na cara que de jeito nenhum foi limpo de um hóspede para o outro. Nem tive coragem de tomar banho de tão nojento que estava o banheiro. Cama horrível com lençol manchado!!! Foi a pior experiência que tive!

A mim o hotel não atende.

Atendimento ruim, não tem onde parar o carro nem para tirar as malas, tive que parar no meio da rua, o recepcionista não ajudou a tirar as malas do carro, o estacionamento longe, ao relento e ruim, café da manhã muito limitado, com poucas opções, limpeza do quarto razoável, porém encontrei uma barata na pia do banheiro, o frigobar estava desligado, era velho e todo enferrujado.

Hotel que me surpreendeu por ser bem localizado, limpo, não tomei café da manhã pois fui pro aeroporto, meu vôo era cedo. Mas perto do centro, cama maravilhosa, chuveiro muito bom. Valeu muito a pena o preço pago, pois tudo é muito limpo e cheiroso mesmo, e a cama excelente. Não consegui fazer funcionar os canais de TV...

Prós e contra: O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente. Sempre muito atenciosos e solicitos no que precisássemos. A limpeza do quarto que não estava 100%, o chão parecia não ter sido varrido, porém, todo o resto estava limpo. Roupas de cama e banho muito cheirosas e limpas. Pensamos que o estacionamento era próprio e gratuito por estar escrito “disponível”, mas era pago em outro hotel. Do lado de fora do hotel ficam várias pessoas em situação de rua, mas não nos sentimos inseguros. No geral, gostamos bastante.

Pegamos um quarto delux por conta da smart Tv e quando fomos ver a Tv não funcionava smart ! Café da manhã pessimo bem precário, pedíamos ajuda a noite na recepção com a Tv e nos informaram que seria somente pela Manhã e que não podiam fazer nada

Ficamos 3 dias no hotel, funcionários super atenciosos. Só tem algumas coisas que acho que seriam necessários pra mudanças, como por exemplo a Tv, deveria ter mais canais, tinha apenas os simples de globo e sbt, sem opções de filmes e a Tv não era smart pra poder espelhar do celular pra tv. O quarto é aconchegante mas é apertadinho, o banheiro também, e estava vazando em baixo, e por cima pingava no teto também. Vimos algumas baratas kkkkk. Os lençóis e toalhas alguns deles estavam manchados, o café da manhã é super simples, e com muita pouca opção, principalmente de frutas ou o famoso omelete. O que nos surpreendeu foi que nosso quarto era três camas de solteiro e nos cederam um com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, que ficamos muito agradecidos.

Infelizmente no início tive um desconforto no checkin, meu quarto estava com o Ar Condicionado com problemas, estava muito calor, já que o telefone n estava funcionando, tive que retornar a recepção. No início n quiseram trocar de quarto, após a minha atitude houve a troca, já que o referido hotel estava Fábio (diversos quartos desocupados) Espero que em uma próxima oportunidade, não haja transtornos.
