"The property is 40 years old, but well-maintained. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed the bar in the bistro and the staff there were friendly and attentive."

"This place was awesome. The staff was excellent and so accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious . My daughter and I wanted to sit outside on their couches with a bottle of champagne and some goodies we brought . They pulled out cutting boards and cheese knifes for us to use that made our experience perfect on a beautiful fall day !"

"Best location in Kennebunkport!! Food and shopping are right outside the door! Hotel was just beautiful and everything I expected a New England experience to be!! They had a beautiful fall display as you entered the property, so well done! Bartender was very pleasant, breakfast was not a warm breakfast but rather a traditional continental style and plenty to get our day started!"

"Hi"

"Gorgeous hotel! Highly recommend the king size bed in the cove section of the hotel, there is air-conditioning and everything is very modern and clean. The little shop underneath with coffee is fantastic. Excellent stay!"

"Very nice space for breakfast. Free coffee all day was nice too. Great staff"

"Great location and staff!"

"The staff was very fun and helpful. Loved watching the sun come up from the balcony, room was clean, price was good, breakfast was good. We would go back again!"

"A convenient place on the main road through this delightful town. Staff were very pleasant and the accommodation was absolutely fine. Well located for exploring the surrounding area."

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"The Grand Hotel is a delightful place to stay located right in the middle of town and in walking distance to shops and good restaurants. The hotel staff were Pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. My room was on the third floor and was small but cozy - and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable lighting was good and the bathroom was spacious. The continental breakfast was excellent. And there is free parking, which is so nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again or I to visit...

"Everything was nice and I love the front desk both ladies"

"What a cute little motel right on the beach!! Clean and bright. We loved the king bed and separate sitting area and fridge and microwave. Cute little coffee and muffin bar in the front desk area. Sparkling white towels!!! Would definitely recommend this place. A short walk on the beach to the pier."

"Property has a very poor maintenance"
