Clean, tired room , but a comfy bed.

2 star is what I read in the reviews, and 2 star it was. Unfortunately it was a Bank holiday weekend and every where seemed booked, so I booked this on line to make sure we had a bed for the night, as we were touring and that's where we were ending up. Well, it was the end of the season, looked like a ghost seaside town, the type of place you'd drive straight on and not stop. Dead now, out of season and probably having in the summer, a lovely long sandy beach. Nice easy check in, very helpful lady on reception.

Dirty and uncomfortable

No permanent HVAC. Bed was insanely uncomfortable, had some type of plastic cover, and was unstable. Shower size was a joke. Counters were old and chipping. In dire need of updating.

Sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen

Das Zimmer war ok. Für den Preis hätte man sich etwas mehr Komfort gewünscht. Bad war sehr klein und alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Den Pool war dreckig, Liegen kaputt. Sehr positiv ist die Lage ( Ca 4 min zum Strand, City etc.)

My home away from home!!

I go to OOB several times, every summer, and always stay at the Landing. It is very close to Main Street and all the attractions, and far enough away to get your quiet time at the end of the day. A clean and quiet getaway. :) The staff are the best on the beach!! Always friendly and over accommodating!!! Thank you for another wonderful summer Ed, Kim, and staff!!! See you all next year!!!! Very good value for your money.

Rooms could be updated aND could use more storage. But they have the friendliest staff abs are so close to the beach and fun!!

Reservation screwed up, had to change rooms after one night, terrible showers, uncomfortable beds,very outdated, had to ask for towels and soap, room wasn't cleaned up and refreshed with towels for multiple nights.
