"terrible customer service. couldn't leave my bag ahead of time even tho rooms were still booked. was told that I had to leave my bag in the lobby and take my chances of it getting taken and they couldn't hold it behind the front desk. Could not pay for an early check in. Breakfast was terrible and they had a terrible selection with no cooked food."

"Room was clean when i arrived. only issue was i stayed 3 days and received no house keeping service and when i asked i was told i had to book a week for me to be able to get house keeping. So for the 3 days i was there we received no clean towels , sheets , the trash bags , etc. "

"The room smelled like mildew and marijuana even though i purchased a nonsmoking room. When i got into the bed at the end of the night i discovered the bed was broken, it was falling In. I went to front desk and informed him and was told i needed to speak with the manager and the manager doesnt get in until 7AM. So basically we had to sleep on a broken bed. Then when i went to talk to the Manager he was extremely nasty to me for no reason and told me if i keep talking he will not come check out the bed. I received no compensation, or anything. I was treated horribly and do not recommend this hotel to anyone else."

"This location works well for us when visiting family and the family running the place are pleasant. However, if you’re staying for days and request a quiet location away from others, being by the stairwell slamming door and the noise of a vacuum at your door at 9 AM is not what we expected. "
