"initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both."

"We stayed (one night) while visiting the Reagan Library. The hotel is less than 2 miles from the Library making it an easy visit. The hotel is very clean, and super quiet, with a better than average breakfast included. Would stay here again."
"I very much enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. They did not skip on decorating which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar as a place to hangout. And the free coffee and juice in the lobby was amazing. Friendly staff too. Would come again!
My only complaint is the sink design in my room was very poor and the faucet is extremely close to the edge of the sink which causes water to get all over the counter top every time you wash your hands."
"This was my second stay at this cute boutique hotel. At check-in, received coupons for 2 free cocktails. Great bartender and great drinks! The pool area is cute and relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is close to the Hollywood Bowl for our concert. Room was cute, comfortable and very clean. Would stay again. "
"We liked the food at Clark Diner on site but the hours were kind of limited for the days of our stay. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows! Even though there is a lot of traffic we slept well due to the beds."
"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."
