Staff was very helpful from when you first get there until recommending a place to eat. Very secure parking in private lot behind property. Large clean rooms with all the amenities. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and very big so it filled you up until lunchtime.

The hotel was a reasonable distance from everything we wanted to do, Hollywood Walk, Griffith Observatory, etc. The staff, Mike, was so wonderful at reception and gave some good food recommendations. The hotel has a dated charm to it, old Hollywood, that I REALLY enjoyed. There were some minor cosmetic updates that need made, bathtub peeling. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again for sure.

This hotel was in the perfect location for our trip. We had a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and went to Universal for Horror Nights. It is very close to the Metro station and we were able to use that for both of those plans. All staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. The pool is also amazing here and very useful on the nearly 100 degree week we visited. There is plenty of shade in the pool area and equipped with towels. The only weird thing was the TV channels, very odd selection, however we were able to use the Google cast to play our own shows.

beautiful hotel to stay at. gated parking with really helpful staff. the room was clean had plenty of space. certain rooms have a patio that looks out into a pretty nice common area. most of all i felt safe here. people were out in the common area late at night just having a good time.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. I love history and this hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pool was such a lovely experience too, very glamorous. I really appreciated the staff too. They were beyond helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I liked the garden area to at night with the string lights, so pretty.

Hollywood Hotel was a very nice place to stay! The check-in process went smoothly and the clerk was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The view out onto the terrace was cool. A couple minor downsides: there was not a coffee maker in the room. There is a restaurant on-site, so guests can buy coffee from there. Like many hotels, the bathroom is not set up super practically. This one is very trendy looking but lacked in setup, hooks, lighting, etc.

The property is a little older but everything was extremely comfortable. The parking lot was gated & safe (additional charge). Everyone who works there was friendly & helpful. The sweetest surprise was the excellent restaurant downstairs akin to an authentic Parisian bistro! The pool area looked really nice but we didn't have the time to use it. I'll definitely be back. It was the perfect place for me!

Good location, close to the Metro B line. Having to buzz through front door for them to open it was a bit annoying. Pool was nice and well maintained. Inner yard with fountain and seatings was nice too. Room was decent, with few ants crawling in the bathroom.
