"My flight was canceled and then canceled again due to the weather. Ended up spending an extra 5 nights in Ponta Delgada. Found the hotel via Expedia. Beautiful hotel! It looks brand new. Property is very well maintained. Rooms are very very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool looks nice but it was too cold for a dip. The spa is very nice. Must wear a head cap if you use the indoor pool. Hotel is downtown and walking distance to many shops and great restaurants. ...

"The room was clean, bed was super comfy and staff was friendly. They offered tea, coffee and water downstairs. They helped us book a tour around the Ponto Delgado last minute! Super convenient location downtown near shopping, restaurants and pier. Breakfast had a cute set up, numbering your tables and changing them daily so you sit in different spots. They had homemade yogurts that amazing! And great selection of foods. And the music set a wonderful tone for breakfast. Will be returning to this...

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ponta Delgada. We were very comfortable in our room with the added luxury of a small terrace with climbing vines for reading and sitting in the sun. The breakfast was wonderful which included many options, all delicious. The restaurant and cafe were great also. "Great location huge rooms interesting hot tub. Wonderful staff. Street parking was easy just a big loop on small streets to come back if no parking on first try. Definitely recommend "

"Would recommend to all travellers! The receptionists (including Host- the cat) are extremely friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and you can’t beat the location. Beds are very comfortable and you have all the necessary utensils to cook your own meal in the room if you want. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Breakfast was included. It was a mix of cold items and warm items. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside for .60€/hr I don’t think I paid more then 3€ a day due to being out and about plus after 8pm it’s free until 8am. "

"Breakfast has a variety of food to choose from and staff are super helpful and nice. The location is perfect, with lots of amenities around. The pool area is great which is a nice to have! The room is equipped with everything and is kept clean."

"Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern sowie großer, moderner Küche und Utensilien. Die Lage ist sehr gut und vieles ist Fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Parkplätze an der Straße vor der Unterkunft sind kostenpflichtig, es gibt aber einen großen und kostenfreien Parkplatz ca. 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Inhaber ist super nett und kann viele Tipps für Ausflüge usw. geben. Gerne wieder!"

"Staff were very kind & ingratiating. Common area were beautiful; a feeling of colonial Asia. Breakfast delicious; would like to have had more variety of hot food (maybe change it up daily.) Room was clean & spacious. Garden & pool beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place bit small enough to be intimate and service is personal."

"Overall a great experience. The check in process was not. The link to leave the security deposit had expired and it took 2h to get in touch with the company. Once we did though it was smooth sailing. The breakfast was great and the head staff was awesome. She made sure that we had everything we needed. For anyone who gets motion sickness this is NOT for you. The boat is constantly moving and rocking. "

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße...

"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."
