"Room was good but mattress are to hard, also the coffee station is no longer available at any time but beside that everything is good clean and nice for family."

"Staff that we seen were friendly. Cleanliness could use some work. We stayed in the hotel attached (rome) building is fine but could use a few updates. Shower pressure wasnt the greatest. Beds could probably be updated. Overall i would stay again. But might try a different spot. Weve stayed here 3 different times. Not much has changed over the past few years. But if you are looking for a reasonable price its not the worst. "

"It’s a great hotel for the price point. Considering it was the off season. Unfortunately our tv channels never worked and we couldn’t watch tv, but we spent little time in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna didn't get hot. Staff were very nice and polite. "

"First of all we were checked into a dirty room. People had atayed in it. Thankfully nobody was in it when we opened the door. The desk person barely apologized and didnt seem to think a big deal. We were there two nights. Came back after dinner first night and both keys werent working. Made me wonder if he even had the reservatjon correct for two nights. "

"The cleaners were nice and friendly my room was clean my room was given to me an hour late. The main lobby pool was closed on sunday the hottub was closed i was very dissapointed this time"

"Our room was spacious, but could use updating. Kids enjoyed pool. It looks like some renovation to that area is coming. Breakfast had good options. The room was so warm, even when set at 64. Staff members were helpful and friendly."
