"O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada. No bar e restaurante não havia uma única opção de vinho tinto, só brancos, o que é bastante complicado nessa época de frio intenso, quando os tintos caem muito bem. Creio que seja um período de...

The staff were very helpful providing dining options in a near by town and checked in via WhatsApp to ensure our stay was running smoothly. The property is very well decorated and all linen and towels are plush and luxurious. We added on the breakfast for both mornings and were very pleased.
