"The property is located in a good location easy access to highway, restaurants and shopping and hospital. Didn't interact much with staff but when I did they were friendly. As it is under the umbrella of Wyndham was disappointed in the appearance of carpets that had stains and looked very old and room was generally clean but drawers were not wiped or areas dusted. Not enough towels in the room for more than one person. I would stay again if needed but wouldn't be my first choice."

"The elevator was broken. The ice machines weren't working. We had to be switched to a different room as the TV wasn't working along withe phone. In the second room the TV was wasn't working properly and the phone didn't work. THE ONE light over one of the beds was flickering. Not a really good experience"

"Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed at a more reasonable price point than most in area. Standard but decent breakfast included. Would love to see coffee maker in room, and conditioner in shower - shampoo only. Appears new in listing photos but is actually a renovated comfort inn/motel. Main floor rooms all drive-up with sliding doors. 2nd floor seems more secure. Easy access to Go Station for visits into T.O. without the price tag. Will stay again."

"Check-in was quick, room was clean, bathroom adequate (could do with some updating), breakfast was good with choices of scrambled eggs, back bacon, waffles, cereals, juice, coffee, tea. Really can’t complain about anything. Had a good sleep"

"The location near the Bay in Sault Ste. Marie was great. We were able to walk over to the Bay boardwalk. Our room was good , clean and comfortable. The overall hotel and room could do with a refresh as it looked dated. Parking was a bit of a challenge and the hotel was hard to find due to one way streets etc in the area. I would recommend this hotel as it was comfortable and clean."

"The location was perfect, easy to access and near the highway. Numerous places to eat close by within walking distance. Pet friendly facility - fee required. The room provided was very close to an exit door when was great for the dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Our room was spacious and bright with excellent blackout curtains for night. Bed comfortable with bed linens and comforters that are fully washable (no worries who or what was previously on the bedspread 😉.) Room well maintained. Breakfast is good for a complementary breakfast — included hot options and the coffee was actually good. Lots of parking and greenery around the building. "The main problem is the round (not elongated) toilet bowl and its inconvenient location (too close to the wall). A strange case of hot water on the right and cold on the left in the faucets."
