Huge room and great Mexican restaurant. Two of our 3 waitresses we excellent, the other one, having slopped beer all over my husband - no apology - and plonked our food on the table should consider an alternative career!

Pet friendly. Basic room, smelled a bit of smoke. Stayed for 1 night prior to Port Hardy ferry to Bella Coola. Reception friendly on arrival. Hotel itself was 'tired' but we get that there is a lot of traffic going thru day in and day out. It did the job for one night. Functional. Clean. Would stay here again as its close to Port Hardy Ferry (that is why).

Great location, best if you have a car as it’s just outside of town. Close to airport and ferry. Staff was kind enough to pack us a breakfast because we had an early departure on the ferry.

The staff and hotel were very nice. The restaurant was having staffing issues and couldn’t accommodate our complimentary breakfast one of the days. Hopefully when we come next time those issues will be resolved. On the whole we enjoyed our stay.
