"The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. "

"If ther as a minus review, thats what i would give. Check in was a lot of hassle because hotel staff was not aware of my reservation. Hotel has lots of false advertising, no outdoor pool as advertised(absolutely nothing of this sort on the property, had to walk round the hotel to be sure), no free breakfast as advertised(when i asked for free breakfast as advertised, staff told me i had to pay). Wifi does not get to their basic rooms unless you're in the suite. I complained about the wifi to...

"We never stayed because they did not honor our reservation through Expedia. They claimed that thethey do not do business with Expedia and could not access our booking. We were very disappointed that a company like Expedia will accept booking for a hotel that has no business with it. We ended up finding accommodation at a different hotel. "
