Decepcionante

Ao chegarmos no quarto não pudemos entrar pois havia um senhor mexendo com uma colmeia de abelhas e haviam muitas por todos os lados...então nos acomodaram em outro quarto que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, o ralo do box estava entupido, após reclamar nos mudaram novamente...o quarto inha cheiro de mofo, a cama tinha um colchão horrível, o sofá cama que seria para o meu filho era péssimo...como estávamos exaustos acabamos ficando mas a vontade era de ir embora...hoje de manhã ao sairmos iríamos tomar café da manhã pois a recepcionista disse que apartir das 06 estaria liberado porém eram 06:30 e o café não estava pronto e fomos embora sem tomar café...resumindo não recomendo para ninguém...não vale o preço que pagamos...o hotel parece abandonado... limpeza precária...

Déjà l’accueil que j’ai reçu en arrivant le mardi 19 Nov 2019 vers 18h30 - 19h30... la personne était très souriante, tres jovial, tres professionnelle, et super agréable, d’une sympathie émouvante. L’établissement était au delà de ce que j’imaginais car c’était bien au dessu de tout ça, niveau propreté géniale, le personnel était au top, faudrait vraiment remercier la dame du lunch room qui m’a accueilli tres poliment, toujours souriante, et d’une générosité émouvante. Moi je dis juste BRAVO à TOUT le STAFF....

Garden in the middle of PE

Checkin was hassle free. We were led to our amazing rooms and even went to have scrumptious dinner at their on house bistro. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is a mini bar for those who need something to nibble on in the middle of the night.

Very pleasant experience

I spent a night. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with lovely cotton linen. The bathroom clean and spacious too with a lovely big shower. I would certainly stay again, and the location too was easy and central

Einfache Unterkunft mit abgeschlossenem Parkplatz und gutem Frühstück. Klimaanlage im Zimmer war leicht defekt. Entweder lief sie voll (was sehr laut war) oder gar nicht. Der Zimmersafe war verschlossen und konnte auch auf Rückfrage nicht geöffnet werden.

very good service. rooms looks new and good style. had little problem with steaming in the shower... the wall all got wetand we were told it's because the steaming... breakfast was ok. not too much. need to renew the pool...

Nice stay in Port Elizabeth

Very nice place and good food. Only problem we had is when we came for the continental breakfast, we sat in Leo’s restaurant and the waitress brought us a menu that had prices on it, so we thought we had to pay for a hot breakfast. She never told us otherwise. My husband ordered an omelette anyway. I did not order anything thinking that the little muffin and small bowl of fruit would be ok. When we went to leave and pay for the omelette, the waitress called another lady and she informed us there was no charge for any of the hot breakfasts if we were staying there. I was not happy as I would have ordered a full breakfast if I had known it was included. The guests should be told when they sit down, so they have a choice. I was quite upset over this as we were driving all day and it would have been nice to have had a good breakfast.

nice hotel a little far from the beach

Port Elizabeth Hotel Lodge

A pleasant location within a secure compound about 7 km from the centre of Port Elizabeth. Spacious rooms with good-sized bathrooms. Breakfasts were substantial and evening meals good value. The only negative points were that the pillows were uncomfortable and the patio areas at the rear of each chalet needed to be tidied.

Pleasant stay apart from breakfast!

The room was on the dark side so could have been better lit. The breakfast was tastless, cold & unhygenic. With no coverings on any of the cold meats & cheeses - it was a flies paradise! When buffet breakfast was out this was cold, greasy & fatty. Did not like the breakfast so had all our meals at other destinations.
