Great stay in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. All the mod cons and like a home away from home. Beautiful outdoor area with plunge pool. Very quiet and a short stroll to main pool and beach.

Liked the private pool and the general one. Also liked the spa. Private pool was a bit dirty with leaves all around. Good to have a BBQ. Did not like that it felt like you had dirt under your feet all the time. All uo a great location though.

Beautiful hotel amazing pool

We stayed for a weekend at this hotel with our 3 children perfect for families especially with the swim out room which the kids loved. The pool is amazing and the rooms are really nice. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive out of town but we had a car so it was no problem

Very nice apartment, swimming pool delightful, seascape staff very helpful, we had a great time. We were not so sure about the sharing garage as they aren't a lot of parking space outside the garages.d

The Sea Temple Resort itself is a lovely place. But never will I ever book another holiday through Seascape privately owned apartments. Apartment was extremely run down and not taken care of. The outside area needed a massive spruce up and clean. The spiders nests everywhere outside has to be cleaned by me before I would even think about sitting or swimming out there. Just extremely disappointed for the money we spent to stay here.

Lots of dust in the apartment, poorly cleaned, and lack of bed linen . Bed was made with only two sheets, had to pull a dirty dusty blanket out of the wardrobe to warm our toddler. Asked for more and told there was a linen shortage?

We had a great time on holiday. Unfortunately this property and the hotel overall has become run down and is in need of some updating and TLC. When we arrived the room had a very musty smell, the vent in the shower looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I think over covid it’s been hard for everyone but hopefully they will be able to attend to this soon and bring the hotel back to what it use to be.

Our apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, huge bathrooms (one with a spa bath) and a very large living area, including fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. We had our own pool with an outside lounge area outside dining BBQ lounges by the pool. Everything was very clean. Bed was super comfy. We booked this through Expedia but it was through Seascape Holidays not directly with Sea Temple. I think many of the apartments are privately owned. The restaurant was nice and the general pool was huge. Would have liked to go to the Spa (a bit on the expensive side) but it was booked out - one tip is to book the Spa before you arrive. Sea Temple is about 10 minutes drive from Macrossan Street - main area of Port Douglas but there are about 5 different shuttle buses that you can call - Excellence was $5 per person per trip or $8 return but you could also get other passes. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. Another tip is to book any restaurants or tours well before you arrive otherwise you will probably find them already booked out if you wait until you get there.

The apartment I was in had a major problem in that if you closed the bathroom door you could not open it from the inside. I reported this to management but nothing was done to rectify this potentially serious situation before my departure. In addition to this the dryer did not work at all.

Nice and relaxing

Stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The room was clean, comfortable and the spa bath was massive. Swimming pool area was relaxing and the cocktails from the pool side bar were good. We didnt eat here so i cant comment on the food.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Pullman Sea Temple Port Douglas. 200m access from the apartment to 4 Mile Beach. Awesome pool and added bonus of private hot-tub in our top floor unit. Great on-site facilities too. We are booking again for next year. Highly recommended!

Manager Tom was very rude, racist, not professional. The room was so full of dirt, dead cockroaches. He sent housekeeper after we found dort and debris on the bed, dead cockroach in the drawer, leftovers in the fridge. She was so unprofessional, she said we should be lucky because that cockroach was dead.. Ridiculous. Don't even get close to that place and waste your money and time. Way below the average.
