Hi Theresa, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. This is a 34 room Boutique Strata titled Hotel, our reception hours are clearly advertised. The only way my staff would not have been able to help with your reservation is because it was made through an external agent not our hotel. My staff are very welcoming and helpful to all our guests. Hi BruceLet me clarify a couple of things. You came down for happy hour and it was very busy. You were served imediately but had to wait a while for your Corona to be served as the Barman was making cocktails. When you rudely abused my staff your Corona was actually on a tray on its way to your table. We dont have Rib Eye on our menu, its actually Rib Fillet (cube roll) Rib fillet has a line of fatty grizzle through it. Not sure how you weighed your 60 grams. You were asked how your meal was on the night and you said it was great. Dont know why you then feel a need to be a keyboard warrior when you had every oportunity to voice your complaint on the night. Thanks for your feedback.
