"This hotel is a hidden gem. It checked all the boxes: clean, a comfy bed, an excellent shower, and a great breakfast. Room service was top‑notch. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area."

"NO POOL ON PREMISES ! Photos imply there is a pool, but there is none at the hotel. There is one at the sport complex next door, for a discounted fee for hotel guests. Great hotel otherwise but I just wish they were specific about the lack of a pool."

"Our room was great,…… clean, warm and refreshing. The bed was comfy; so white and inviting to us traveling in at 1:00 am. The shower needs to be fixed. No matter how tightly we closed the door, still there was water on the floor. Fortunately there was a floor drain. Everything was clean and bright inside; the appearance from the street was not quite as nice. The breakfast was lovely although we were the last guests. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and sufficiently fluent in English for us to communicate, even though we know no Romanian (sorry)"

"More transparency. The heating was an issue. Got sorted in the end. Photos of the building where the flat is located - there should be pictures of it on the listing. As it's an old building and it can be missleading based only on the existing pictures on the listing. There should be someone available 24/7 for when needed. It is a guest accomodation afterall. The location above the restaurant/bar/club, woth mentioning that partirs can and eill occur and the flat will be very noisy and shaky when this happens. should be mentioned on the listing. We couldn't get not even a minute of sleep, even though that's why we booked the accomodation. To be able to get some rest before our flight. "
